Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Raabet.ai platform operated by Raabet Inc. ("Raabet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Raabet.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Raabet.ai platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Raabet Inc.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Raabet.ai is an AI-powered operations platform designed for franchise home services businesses. The platform includes the following capabilities:
- AI Call Processing: Automated categorization, summarization, and routing of inbound calls
- Lead Management: Pipeline tracking, AI-assisted follow-up drafting, and lead stage automation
- Appointment Scheduling: Technician scheduling, conflict detection, and route day sheets
- Route Optimization: Haversine clustering and Google Maps-powered route recommendations
- SMS and Email Communications: Inbox management, AI-drafted outreach, and missed call textbacks via RingCentral
- Inventory Tracking: Part-level stock management, QR scan consumption, and reorder alerts
- Maya AI Receptionist: 24/7 voice AI that answers calls, books appointments, and handles common inquiries (optional add-on)
We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes that reduce functionality will be communicated via email.
3. Account Registration
To use Raabet.ai, you must:
- Be an authorized operator or employee of a franchise home services business
- Provide accurate, complete, and current account information
- Maintain one account per franchise location (additional locations may be added under your subscription)
- Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Raabet is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access that you failed to report promptly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm any person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform via automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
- Use the SMS features in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or any applicable telecommunications law
- Transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates applicable law
Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Data Ownership
Your business data belongs to you. Raabet processes your franchise data — including contacts, calls, appointments, leads, and messages — solely on your behalf as a data processor. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models for other customers. You retain full ownership of all data you bring to or generate within the platform.
You can export your data at any time via the Settings page. On request, we will provide a full export in CSV format within 5 business days.
6. Service Availability
We operate Raabet.ai on a best-effort basis. You acknowledge that:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated with at least 24 hours advance notice when possible
- Raabet.ai does not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at current subscription tiers
- Temporary outages do not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees
We monitor system health continuously and will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of an outage.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Raabet.ai integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party terms:
- Gmail (Google): Subject to Google's Terms of Service. You authorize Raabet to access your Gmail account in read-only mode for lead capture purposes.
- RingCentral: Subject to RingCentral's terms. You authorize Raabet to access call logs and send SMS on your behalf through your RingCentral account.
- ServiceMinder: Subject to ServiceMinder's terms. You provide your API key to allow Raabet to read and write CRM data on your behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to authorize each integration. Raabet is not responsible for outages, data loss, or API changes caused by third-party services outside our control.
8. Billing and Payment
Raabet.ai is billed as a monthly subscription via Stripe:
- Pricing: $249/month for the first franchise location; $149/month for each additional location
- Billing cycle: Charged monthly in advance on the anniversary of your subscription start date
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days written notice before any price increases take effect
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to 3 times over approximately 7 days
- Grace period: After 3 failed retries, your account enters a 7-day read-only grace period during which you can view but not take new actions
- Data archive: If payment is not resolved within the grace period, your account moves to a 30-day archive state before permanent deletion
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at Raabet's sole discretion.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time:
- By you: Cancel anytime via your account settings or by emailing legal@raabet.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- By Raabet: We may terminate your account with 30 days notice for any reason, or immediately for material violations of these Terms.
- Data retention post-cancellation: Your data is retained for 30 days after your account ends. During this period, you may request a full data export. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
- Backups: Backup copies containing your data are purged within 90 days of account deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Raabet is not liable for outages or data loss caused by third-party services (Google, RingCentral, ServiceMinder, ElevenLabs, Stripe, Cloudflare, or others)
- AI-generated outputs — including call summaries, lead scores, SMS drafts, and route recommendations — are suggestions only, not guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on AI outputs
- Raabet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption
- Total liability: Raabet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the total fees you paid to Raabet in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raabet Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Raabet.ai platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your unauthorized or improper use of third-party integrations (Gmail, RingCentral, ServiceMinder, or others)
- Any SMS or other communications you send through the platform that violate applicable law, including the TCPA
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Send notice to the email address on your account at least 30 days before the changes take effect
- Post the updated Terms at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date
Your continued use of the platform after the 30-day notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your account before the effective date.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Raabet.ai shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
